The hotel is located in a beautiful green oasis with palms and a lot of privacy. Biking was wonderful and the staff was really supportive when we got a flat tire. the food was also delicious with perfectly cooked meat.
We had some issues with cleanliness.

This place is truly amazing! The moment you step in, you'll be in awe of the beautiful green gardens and tall palm trees. Privacy is guaranteed in the villas, making it an ideal getaway. If this place were in California, it would easily cost $1000 a night. Another great advantage is the quick and efficient service they provide. We had a flat tire while biking, and within just 10 minutes, they came to pick us up. It was unbelievable how fast they found us. The meals were also a highlight of our stay. The meat was perfectly cooked, and Mohammad, our host, was incredibly caring and attentive. If I ever have the chance to visit Morocco again, I would definitely stay here for a whole week!
There really weren't any negative aspects to mention about our stay. We had a pleasant experience from beginning to end.

The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful green gardens and palm trees that create a peaceful atmosphere. the villas offer great privacy and are well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. the staff is extremely attentive and provided quick assistance when we had a flat tire while biking. the meals served at the hotel were delicious, with perfectly cooked meat. We were impressed by the caring and friendly nature of the host, Mohammed.
In comparison to other aspects of the hotel, the pushiness experienced in Fez was a slight disappointment.

This hotel is a truly luxurious experience. From the exclusive amenities to the beautiful surroundings, everything was top, notch. the swimming pool was pristine and the sun loungers were incredibly comfortable. the garden area was a serene place to relax and soak up the sun. I particularly enjoyed the entertainment provided, with live music and a TV room for leisurely evenings. Plus, the restaurant offered a great menu with the option of in, room breakfast and poolside snack bar.
The only minor issue was the Wi, Fi connection, which was slightly weak in some areas of the hotel.
